I know this is a repetitive threat but phuck it!

I've been trying to create a design for a tattoo that represents how music can make you feel. How stoned it can make you. How I feel at shows when i go to see my band. Something taht represents that or atleast the connection between music and your spirit/mind/emotion.

I've come up with a few small idea but nothing thats really doing it for me.

    Anybody have any thoughts?

i've always thought of some how incorporating a peace sign and a music note...but i'm not very artistic and i wouldn't know how...i definately know what you mean about the connection between music and spirit...i've never been able to find a way to describe it though...it's almost as if you have to experience it...anyway u might want to give modblog.bmezine.com a look...i understand you want something original but looking at some music related tattoos might unblock your creative block
also a tattoo artist might have some great ideas...cause i'm sure they've seen a lot
hope you can find your design

    peace

Music notes and treble clefs are kind of overdone. I've always thought that those symbols were a complete contradiction to what I, or probably you, would want to express...your relationship with music isn't on a page, it's not technical or methodical or whatever...maybe something much more abstract...something that represents the feeling as opposed to a symbol representing the music...be simple, even a shape or pattern could be meaningful if you put meaning into it. Anyway, things only have meaning by association, so do what is meaningful to you...just my thoughts...
