Why would somebody take something that isn't theirs? Stealing is only right when the other person deserves it.

Not to start a fight or anything, but it's people like you sirtokes that are what's wrong with this world. Just because the kid was naieve does not make johnny's actions any better. The fact that you think it's ok simply because we have a screwy political system is ludicrous. With such low intelligence it's amazing you survive a day in this world.

 

I wouldn't necessarily say low intelligence... maybe compromised morals but certainly acclimated to this world. Not being constrained by severe ethical standards in this day and age opens up a universe of comfort for those unscrupulous enough to take advantage of another's naivety or morals. Of course it heightens legal risks but those who are adept at appropriating cash can buy acquittals. The only thing morals gain anyone these days is self respect.

Ah, yes in this day and age you are right, but I said it's people like him, not just him. If others were to act with even a small amount of moral goodness the world would be a much better place. Unfortunately, this is not going to happen. People just don't care anymore and the consequences seem nearly non exsistant. Johnny will get away with this disgraceful act and not learn a damn thing.
