Paraphernalia illegal in Kansas

    Well, I'm pretty sure that wood pipes, hookahs and rolling papers would still be legal... That's kind of bullshit... In Canada, you're allowed to just sell glass pipes, bongs and other stuff without having to say "Exotic Tobacco Pipes" or "For Tobacco Use Only" and they're allowed to have pictures of marijuana in the shop. In the USA, it seemed to me that you couldn't have anything like that.

    Sorry to bring up a now 3 year old topic, but I'm just making sure everyone knows in case they don't already.

    Stores are again allowed to sell "paraphernalia" or accessories.

    KSA 65-4150 was Repealed in 2009, although paraphernalia remains illegal if there is drug residue found in the device.
