hey all seems to me that alot of the kids on hipforums thinking of trying LSD always are asking what was it like?? how much should i take?? i figured its not going to stop them posting it but im interested in reading some other people describe there first trip in basic detail (how much you took, wat it was like, how you felt the next day.....ect ect) my first trip was extremely akward because i was with a new girlfriend and a group of my older friends at the time, i was 15 and we had scored some potent blotters with simple olympic ring designs on the blotter. my friends all had taken acid before and not wanting to seem like the "little kid" of the group i said "sure ive taken acid" as i felt i was prepared for whatever came anyway. i ate 2 hits of blotter and was soon experiencing something so different to anything i ever felt, i felt my whole body, electricity going through it. the acid was pumping through my blood and i could distinctly feel the acid from the inside of my body. my pupils swelled up as i looked into the mirror and i saw my face like id never seen it before, twisting and black aura like shapes steming out from me like twisting limbs in all directions. i soon found a drumstick, being the vocalist for a psychedelic rock band at the time my drummer had many of his drum sticks around my house, i kept this drum stick in my hand for the entire trip. a trip to the front yard and i discover quite a large girl passed out in my front yard. the entire concept of her being in my yard was foreign too me and i laughed and laughed rolling around on the lawn was she was asleep drunk. my girlfriend and i were tripping quite heavily and poking and prodding her to see if she would wake up. during this i got sidetracked by the moon and started walking towards it with my arms up in triumph shouting and yelling in joy. for the last part of the trip me and my girlfriend did you know what, anybody who has had sex on acid and enjoys it will know how good that is. before getting to sleep just after the sun was coming up. all in all a great trip, felt wonderful the next day and changed my life for the better forever. its also when i started my amazing journey with LSD which only got better as i matured.
My first time was amazing. Me and a buddy both took one hit of what i would assume to be some weak stuff but lucky for me i was huge huge light weight back then. After we first dropped i was pretty excited to feel what it was like and i remember after an hour had passed i was thinking i felt something and stuff was kinda wavering around (but im sure that was just the placebo effect). After another hour had passed we decided it wasnt gonna kick in and we couldnt get anymore acid until hours later so we threw down on an 1/8th. We went over to some dudes house to smoke with him at this bridge out in the woods. At this point i wasnt expecting to trip at all and just expected to get high. Boy was i wrong. The bong was packed up and when i went to hit i got a pussy hit (couldnt smoke bongs at the time) so one of the guys there filled it up and let me clear it. BAM! The acid hit me like a ton of bricks after i took in that hit. I was in love with it from that point on. I started saying "o fuck" over and over again, some chick that was there was looking real concerned asking if i was ok and the other dude was all excited that i was tripping and told me "Ahh i knew all you needed was a bong hit to get it jump started". The first thing i saw was the bridge's graffiti disappear and it felt like i was watching it happen like i was watching a movie. After that words started coming out of the ground and rising up towards the sky in all different sorts of fonts. Also everything felt so good i was rubbing my cell phone against my face cause it felt so smooth and my hand against the brick bridge. My buddy also does a great donald duck impression and started talking to me in that voice. After just sitting and chilling for a while one guy tells me its time to go exploring in the woods. So my dumbass gets up and follows him. He runs up this log across a creek and at the foot of the log i just blacked out for a second and when i came around was freaked out cause i couldnt remember walking up to it and that i was about to climb the thing (probably would have fallen into the creek if i had). So i decided to go back to the bridge and this old hippie came down to try and get some acid off of us. We werent able to get any at the time so he stuck around and started telling us stories about tripping back in the day. He said he and his buddies had so much acid they would be popping ten strips after their first doses started to wear off. He also gave me roach which i put in my pocket and ended up destroying it by rolling it between my fingers. Later on we went back into the house and jimi hendrix was rocking out in his poster. Someone turned on cartoon network and im not sure if this was the show or the acid but this guy was marching on the tv then 2 copies jumped out of him on either side and the shirts were changing colors. Apart from that nothing really interesting happened except when we were in the car i saw a bunch of pictures in the road in pointalism of a robot, a motorcycle, and a couple other images that i cant remember. The next day i was fine, not burned out or anything and was just thinking when can i get some more of this shit. But you cant really describe tripping you just kinda have to do it yourself to find out. I remember after my buddy tripped the first time and once we were done he told me "man even after hearing you talk about numerous trips it was nothing like i thought it was gonna be"
My first time doing acid was amazing, I did it, sat in the room where someone set up 5 pictures of Lord of The Rings cartoon art and I just sat there expecting to feel high but I felt completely different, the room starts expanding into the size of an arena and at this point I am trippin' balls for the first time. A few minutes after, I was so full of energy I ran down 7 blocks down to the mall part of town around 2 am. After traveling around I went to this colorful alley and I saw a tree and building and the whole scene looked like Japan, then I was convinced I was in Japan lol. The rest of it was pretty hazy but since then the trip has always made me steer toward the beauty in life, taking 3 hour walks throughout town, going to certain spots that I go to trip on whenever I'd get mushrooms. I found this home whilst tripping that had looked like a starry room above the city lights shaped as a half circle like (+) that I had dreamt about as a kid, and I saw it in real life.
my first trip was nothing special. it wasn't until 4-5 years later when i really started to trip. when i was younger i was around people who like to go to the bar and hook up with girls. LSD was a drug and that's all. it wasn't until i moved out to bc, met some very trippy people and did a ton of research that i really started to experience what LSD and other psychedelic drugs are all about.
why dont you tell us about your first trip when you found out what psychedelic drugs are all about then?
My first trip was on magic mushrooms when I was 14, so I dont think it belongs in this thread :tongue: My first trip on LSD involved robbing two people, listening to King Crimson watching music fall out of the woodwork, and feeling like being under water, so it's not very interesting!
