Would you sacrifice length for girth? Would you like to add an curve (Upward / Downward / Left / Right)? Would you like to make it textured (thicker veins) or keep it smooth? How would you like the size & shape of the glans in relation to the rest of the shaft? Would you like it circumcised, or with a foreskin? Would you like it paralell along the shaft, tapering wider / narrower towards the hilt, or widening at the middle?

I've got a little more than 6.5 inches (yes, measured from the top!) and I'm basically happy with it but I would like just a slight increase in girth.
