bottom left, I have one of those Sonicare toothbrushes that lets you know when 30 seconds is up and to move to the next quadrant
i've never had a cavity, thank god. i'd be such a crybaby. i start lower left, i hate feeling the backs of my teeth when they're furry. i'm psychotic about it, too. i have an electric toothbrush with a timer, and i brush my bottom teeth for two minutes, then more to the top teeth for the next two. then i scrub my gums, tongue, palate and cheeks for another minute or so.
Ive had some serious cavities man, like all that was left of my tooth was a mound of white and blood,it was gross. That was when i was about six years old or so...killer toothaches.
god, that's just awful. my siblings are like that, i don't know why i never had a problem, but i'm grateful. i think i may eventually have a problem with the teeth directly below my nostrils from allergies and sinus pressure, but thus far, no troubles at all.
I said top left. I have to start with the top, otherwise the foam builds up too much on the bottom and when I open my mouth wider to reach all around the top I let out drool.
^you can spit during the brushing process. i start at the bottom left, on the inside, work my way to the right, then the inside top left to right, then repeat on the tops, spit, then repeat on the outside. then the tongue and roof of mouth.
The three teeth that I have need no brushing, they are brown so you can't tell if there is any debris on them... I know, I am lucky for this, no need to tell me...
I start right in the middle at the front and woek towards the left first, then from the back right out to the front again.
