I think your left index finger is going to develop a complex. Time to seek out a digital psychologist.
bet your ass, Al Gore. Anyone having studied his books, not just watched his movie or read about him, being honest, will tell you that he comes from a whole different plane of thought than he lets on in public. There's only so deep the public can see anyway. Anyone with big, real ideas puts a bullseye on their back and attract criticism. I've seen through it to realize Gore's a fuggin genius. Read the book "earth in the balance" and start with the chapter "dysfunctional civilization". Jesus and Ayn Rand aren't all that dissimilar, and the differences are both applicable and can be contained in an ideological equilibrium. One of Jesus' fundamentals was selflessness, and one of Rand's is selfishness. The way they work together is that one can provide for himself immediate needs and in so doing will open up a creative conduit in the mind that leads to a realization of what is actually valuable to bestow on others. Even Jesus had a very real need to accomodate his self-interest, which was to maintain relations with divine inspiration, and thus glorifying himself and at the same time glorifying others, Even he had to serve himself first before serving others. I speak on behalf of christian thought, not necessariyl being a christian myself.
