so ive wanted to try weed for a while now but im just too damn shy to talk to ppl about it. all my friends are pricks, i cant mention anything to them. anyways today in class i found out this guy who sits near me deals. i really wanna buy some from him but i know its gunna be weird cuz ive never said a word to him b4. ive never smoked anything in my life and i know he's probably gunna try to rip me off. I can either try to get some from him or wait for a better opportunity..but i really dont want to wait cuz i wanted to try it b4 i turn 17, which is in 2 months. what should i do???
Not trying to sound rude or anything but if your a hot chick and he might like you, you may get a good hook up from him. Just casually ask him if he knows where you could get a sack from. Say you want like a quarter or something. If you ask for $5-15 then he'll probably want to rip you off because he thinks you wont know better.
^^ I agree, ask for a quarter. It should have a strong smell, don't take anything that's weak smelling. Some people will try to rip you off by selling you oregano, just make sure it isn't that. I'd be wary if it's very loose and leafy, it could be oregano or schwag. You want some bud, chunks of weed all stuck together. Now granted, upper mids or mids aren't going to look like nothing but the best big, fat buds, but stick to that general idea and you should be fine.
agree with some of the above posts. just lay the deal on sex and he'll hook you up fat. or, bring it up in a way that like someone said don't mention anything like 5-15$....ask for 1 gram -2 grams and make sure it isn't more than 40$. if money is a problem ...most grams are anywhere from 15-25 if it's strong smelling and trichromy. i like a gram for around 15, but sometimes pay 20. this is what i would start with if i never smoked.
if you never done it before, and your friends are pricks, then first try to ask him if he wants to smoke. this way you can learn how to smoke without ridicule(that is, if he's not a jack-ass). then after you guys smoke and you like his weed, then ask him if he will sell to you. this way he'll know you better and think your "cool" and not a snitch, and he'll possibly hook you up fatter than if you would have just asked him out of nowhere.
You don't really need to overthink it... even if you plan it all out, shit's gonna happen differently. Just know how much you want to spend, and ask him if he can hook you up with some pot. Yeah there's a good chance you'll get ripped off, but that happens to everyone for they're first couple buys. Just don't spend more than you want to, probably like $20-$30 tops. Oh and you probably won't take this advice, but if your friends are pricks, ditch them.
heres an idea, why dont you try to get to know him first. you know just start talking and then bring up the subject of weed and ask him if he wants to smoke, all my hot friends get smoked out a lot, but they dont know shit about weed cuz theyre DUMB as fuck so they get ripped off but it evens out cuz eveeryones smokin em out.
Tell him you want to sample it before you buy it. Then decide what to do. If you like it, buy some and ask him if he has a piece he wants to sell or if he'll teach you to roll.
Like they said in previous posts, ask for a quarter or an eighth, unless its some dank ass KB you shouldn't pay more than 40 for a quarter and thats still kind of high for regs. I mean just educate yourself and look at the sack when you buy, if it looks good take it, if its short or looks bad, don't.
