Today, Adbusters and one of Canada's most prominent lawyers, Clayton Ruby, launched a legal action against four Canadian TV networks for the right to buy airtime for citizen-produced advocacy ads. It's a precedent setting case that could open up the airwaves to dissenting voices and change the ugly face of commercial television.
