hey all- i am at Guilford college right now in Greensboro, NC. I'm thinking about transferring to New College of Florida in Sarasota. Wondering if anyone knows anything about this school. Thanks!!
Hey I know of that school. My husband went there last year and my brother in law just graduated from there. Its a great school by the gulf. Very liberal. I think my husband said out of 200 or so students there was only one republican. Most were green party. The area is decent and is found in a somewhat wealthy neighborhood. THe area is beautiful and I want to go back, right now i live in raleigh, nc but we are moving to asheville in may. Oh and by the way my husband says that if you are not liberal then you won't survive possibly. And the people there have high standards and are ubber ubber ubber intelligent, so it might be harder classes than you are used to and it depends on how the people treat you too. I am an english major and when I met some of my husbands friends who were all math, physics and chemistry majors of course i felt out of place but he had one was an english major as well so I did have someone to talk to on my visits.
