I believe it's an edited cut from the Derek & the Dominos - The Layla Sessions 20th Anniversary Edition. This comes as a 3 disc set where one of the discs was the original Layla And Other Assorted Love Songs. There's also a disc called Alternate Masters, Jams And Outtakes and a disc simply called The Jams. The 5th track on The Jams is called Jam V and is 18:24 in length. The video you linked to sounds like the 2nd half of that track.
