First trip!!!! Now I can see why!!!!

Hello people, I am just trying to understand what happened, The other day I took for the first time ever an acid gel, i took only the half of it, my girlfriend took the other half, the idea was to have both a tiny bite of the trip indeed.

I eat my part, she does the same and after a while, I went home, after an hour, i began to feel a drunk kind of feeling, very happy by the feeling, i went home, and the music began to flow, A lot of grateful dead's, king crimson, Yes, the moody blues, and soo on, all from my personal collection.

Suddently when I was listening one of favorites songs, on one song, there's this great drum fill, I can tell you that my head split, it was like all the music was filling my head and suddently the music got away from one side of my head, its was so real, sooooo real, I was a bit scared and amazed by this discovery, on other song, the piano chord was rising from downstairs, damn I loved it, that was I was looking for.

The experience was not that long, it lasted like 3 hours or some, but after that, I began to think a lot of things, no visuals, no nothing, just the music, with this metalic sound, and i can hear the drums sooo vivid, it was like almost feeling the skin on the drum vibrate, on songs with two drummers, the balance among them, the interaction was perfect, after that, the music is more complex, now music is deeper that ever before, and for my girlfriend was all visuals, she had a great time.

I took only the half of it, because a lot of people told me that this gel was really powerful, this was my second time on something like this, my first time was at highschool, with weed, but i did'nt like it, i did'nt like the feeling, it was like feeling numb, helpless, not good at all.

I have read a lot about the acid stuff, i am really interest in something that can make me understand a little bit more of this weird place that we call the world.

I am thinking about taking it again, but not gel, the paper plot, this is not california, and we're not living in the 60's, so, should i take two instead of one? that's my only question, and it was real acid, how can I be sure, i dont want to try anything else, how can i be sure, if there's a way to know it. thanks.

Like I said before, now, with this tiny trip, the music, everything is different, now i really understand why you hippies were so dangerous to the USA goverment, now I am seeing things that were there, mean to be seen but I was not in tune to understand, now I think that's whats I needed, a push, I wanna write something on another thread about how I think they are getting us away from our human side, making us just a work tool.

i think if you have to make the choice between taking one or two, then go ahead and take two.

you seem to have a curious mind that likes to explore new things, rather than being afraid of them. I think you will be totally fine.

Well. it is indeed a wonderful experience, it´s not just getting high, you can get something from it, that's why I wanna experiment even more with it. the thing is getting quality products.

My girlfriend is really amazed by all the things that have changed inside her after the first trip, she wants to do it again, to go even deeper into her mind, she said that she is not the same person after it, she felt a sense of well being, she told me that with a little help we can reach it, she is soo exited about doing it again, she said that she dropped a lot of non constructive thought that she got into her head, thanks to the first trip.

Me, well, I dont feel that different, but a lot of things got a new shine, a brand new look, and i guess that it was always there, but now, its clearer than ever.

Maybe my next experience will be this weekend, i am going to take the full piece, lets see what happens, at least a great time listening to awesome music is for sure, I am making a good playlist for this new encounter.

The "In search of the lost Chord" from the Moody Blues is the main guest!!!.. " THINKING IS THE BEST WAY TO TRAVEL....."

Well. I found some gels, i am going to take it on friday, i am thinking about making a very good playlist on my ipod, I am not sure if I should take the whole thing or 3/4 of the magic gel, any suggestions?

I find it hard to make any comments at all on the LSD section because there's not much more I can say about it than that!

I'm happy as fuck you loved it. I know more and more people will turn on...and there will be just as much sid and other psychedelics as the 60s and 90s. I can feel another psychedelic wave. It's in me...and it's in the whole world's collective conciousness. Before very few people accepted the fact that within our minds exists vast fields of experience. I know more and more people will grow curious of this. Because it's the truth. It's only there...and the only thing we can do about it...is discover it.

Hahahaha.. let me try the album with some gel to see if i can handle it, even though I think the gates of delirium is way too much for me, I rather hear the "To be over" song and see what happens.

With the close to the edge song, on one of the drums fills I felt that the music was getting out of my head as a solid unit, it was weird.

Sooo.. imagine the TATAN TATAN..TA TATAN.. TATA TATAN.. I think I should be carefull with that album. hahahaha..

About the new wave of lsd, i dont know, maybe it was all a nostalgia thing, maybe the 40 years of everything, maybe if i am right, this will continue until the 2010, but i dont think that the people is tuned on as they were on those days, most of the people i know that are into it are doing it for fun, me.. no way, I know that it will help me to understand what was there for me to see..

The important thing is to reach out and try to make the experience something meaningfull

 

Gates Of Delerium on LSD? I once prayed to that song wearing a dress and eyeshadow tripping with this girl on LSD when I was 16 :tongue: The end, Steve on slide, well I cry every time of course.
But if you really want your mind blown, go for Sound Chaser on the peak, To Be Over (obviously) is a peaceful come down, but make no mistake, Steve is blowing you away on that song too.
Personally, I vibe the most with Tales From Topographic Oceans during psychedelic trips, surely because it was inspired by Yogananda's description of the shastric scriptures. The 4 movements are breathtaking, especially Ritual.

I had to laugh when i read this, remembering MYSELF, saying "Oh god, I GET IT!" and just so overwhelmed and happy and in love that it made me weep tears of joy. The best part is when you are blind from so much acid and your body dissolves into the universe and the universe into you. All you know is that your family is all around you and they love you and that's enough to make you feel safe and secure and then... you can "let go".... taste the rainbow

 

Well, tales was one of my choices too, maybe I'll do it, but sound chaser or Gates of delirium..hhhmmm.. i dont know, I want to have a peaceful trip, Gates always make me tense, I love the song but for acid I dont know, maybe I'll like it even more, who knows, it will worth the try.


I want to start with a wonderful version of Grateful dead's Dark Star that I got, some Yes, Osanna - l'uomo, Delirium, i wanna play a great playlist this time, Some Vangelis, I still got several days until the weekend, the thing is that i want to play so many different stuff, I dont know were to start. hehe.
