trying to find the title of this movie!! HELP!!

ok this is the deal.. i saw the trailer for this movie a while ago.. i really want to see it.. but i cant remember the title.. i wanna say it was released anywhere from mid 2006 to early 2007... its about this guy who wakes up each day, and his wife dies. then he wakes up the next day and its the same day as before, and his wife dies again.. basically it seems like the movie is this guy tryin to stop his wife from dying.. i have searched online for months trying to find this movie, i asked around at the movie store and even looked at the shelves for an hour looking at any movie that this might be, but for all i know i passed it. any help would be appreciated, even an actor in the movie would help some. thanks

i know for a fact its not premonition or 50 first dates.. it was an action movie and it was the same day when the main character woke up each time.. i just cant remember anything else about the movie..

 

Deja Vu with Denzel Washington, maybe?

i think it's The Fountain with Kate Winslet and Hugh jackman but i could be wrong...

 

I think yuh both be thinkin' of Memento, which was like a sleeper hit and got high praise. Check it out at IMDB.

edit: i know in one of the previews the guys wife wakes up and all he says is i love you
