What will be more populated, Heaven or Hell?

What will be more populated, Heaven or Hell?

It is said that God could not keep evil out of Heaven. Satan was born there before the creation of the Garden of Eden and was moved there by God as a talking snake.

Evil then followed Adam and Eve and their descendents up to the genocidal flood of God.

The eight survivors of this attempted genocide then somehow sneaked evil back into the world where it happily lives right to this day.

It is unclear why God keeps failing to remove the evil that He brought with Him from Heaven.

Regardless of this question, it looks like Hell is presently quite largely populated as compared to Heaven.

At end time, God will apparently reap the good and cast the evil ones into Hell.

If the majority of us have not yet repented and this would include all other religions that do not follow Jesus, then the numbers heading for Hell will again exceed those going to Heaven.

It seems strange to me that God would be in a small Heaven and that Satan would be master of so many of God’s souls.

To me this makes God look like His philosophy is inferior to Satan’s, if the number of souls in hand is any indication of success that is.

Does any one else think this is a strange outcome to life here or am I reading things wrong?

I end with Satan many and God few. Is this accurate?

Neither heaven nor hell are places; they are state of being. Just like samsara and nirvana are not places, but state of being.

Yes, more people today are trapped in a hellish state of mind- look at the insanity around us.

Heaven will always have a larger population because hell is such a tiny place by comparison.

Hell is for those who have incarnated here.

In heaven, there are literally souls without number.

How are you so sure heaven and hell are not places?

 

Is the destruction of the environment NOT a sign of insanity? What intelligent creature would destroy it's only home? What about war- why would intelligent creatures kill each other over ideological differences? That is insanity. How could an intelligent creature claim to be pro-life b/c they don't support abortion, but support the death penalty and war, both of which are pro-death. Isn't that insanity as well?

How can you be sure the Underworld, Tartarus and Mt. Olympus (home of the Gods and Goddesses) are not places and in fact exist instead of heaven and hell?

Not insanity at all.
Just life for humans as it has always been.
Remember that even 2000 years ago God told us that there would be wars and rumors of wars etc. and not to worry.

Good advise for you. Overcome your fears and your perspective will improve. Quit crying like a baby.

So the delusions that lead humanity to divide itself into warring groups are sane? If we are "all God's creatures," why don't we see this fact?

I'm not crying or fearful, I see that humanity will be responsible for our ultimate destruction. That's just the way it is, until humanity recognizes our unity w/ God (and each other).

If you feel that "God will save us from our own destruction," I'll give you a hint; history has proved time and time again that those groups who rely solely on their "higher power" have been overran and destroyed. Just look at the Native Americans, Africans, etc.

Your logic is skewed, Satan isn't doing a good job at all. It is easier to go to a terrible place than to a very good place. Satan sugar-coats hell because it is a terrible place. he tries to lure people in , tries to trick them into coming to hell, because hell is such a sucky place , no one would want to go there if they knew how it really is. thats why satan tries so hard to lure people in.

But God has no reason to sugar coat it, because he already gives you a good deal in the first place.

A good analogy will be getting a visa to USA form a third world country, it is very hard to get a visa from pakistan or India or china to USA than to get a visa from USA to pakistan , china or India. Now think of USA as equal to heaven and a third world country as an equal to hell

Do you want a comfortable life in heaven? you need to work for it buddy. If you are lazy then you end up with a stupid afterlife in hell.

And ofcourse , it is an obvious fact that there are only a few people who understand life enough to attain success and choose the right choices... they are the ones who come up to the top ... they are the ones who go to heaven

 

So we agree that Hell is more populated than Heaven.

If quality is better than quantity then the US being more populated should show that it is the Satan of earth and some smaller better country is the better. Right?

number one i have to ask why this even matters.

and i would say there are more virtuous people that at least try to be good, than total assholes that dont give a shit about anything.

(and how is US satan of the earth?.....did that even make sense?)

 

This was in response to those who show a large population in hell. I was making an analogy. with smaller more virtuous countries. Perhaps not a good one.

i see both. but you can't dwell on what troubles you. that is the path to a very negative life, and soon you will turn into what troubled you in the first place.

I was talking about this: It takes great amount of effort to get to a good financial position in life.
Similarly, if you want a good life like that of heaven, you need to work hard. Suck it up and deal with God's rules.

But if you don't care about the rules and are ok with a sucky $7/hr job at the walmart , then you really don't have to do anything and you can easily get that kind of a job.
Similarly, if you don't follow the rules and are willing to throw away your after life, go to hell.
Obviously , there are more people in hell, just like there are many small workers. There are few people in heaven just like there are few people who are extremely successful in life - like bill gates.

 

i dont even think i believe in hell.
