what do you use when you just wanna be creative on the spur of the moment?

i write, either is my diary or anything that comes to mind while listening to a certain song.

I just use a regular pencil. No colors.

 

or the computer program paint haha. Im fairly gifted in that medium.

I'm no artist, but I like pens, pencils, and markers for cartooning. I also randomly put captions on screenshots I've taken from movies. Oh, the time I waste...

 

Tee-hee. DH and I are creative freaks - every seat in our house has some creative purpose.... I'm generally ALWAYS either sewing, or blowing glass, or crocheting or making jewelry. Or doing something on the computer... usually in PS or Freehand.

When I get an urge to just suddenly CREATE (and I'm not already) I might grab a sketch book and pencils and use them to design something new... but I might design on the computer, too. But I'd just as soon sit down and sew or blow on the fly and come up with something cool.

 

=) I love making things out hemp and beads and other little things I find around my room.

 

=) I can't draw at all, but I love making things with hemp, beads, and sometimes little pieces of old earings and jewlery.

 

i basically only use ballpoint pens now. doesn't matter what color, but they really work for me, which is awesome.

i bead a lot, pen and pencil are awesome, acrylic/oil paint even better.... i love painting canvas and wood. i went through a birdhouse phase. actually i'm kind of still in it.
carving into wood is also very enthralling, i've ruined many a fine desk that way.
