The game was a great game and the Giants deserve credit for out playing and out coaching the Pats. The New England defense is aging and its offensive line is vulnerable. It looks as though they brought their best game to the table and the Giants had the answer.

 

New England did play very well. Just like they have all year. It's a great team. The Giants just knew how to play them.

 

Lode: Barf! I'll watch a Spurs game if you watch a Sox game. But whenever Ellsbury comes up to bat, you have to swoon with me and talk about how hot he is. Deal?

Stinkfoot: I don't know much about football really, but I thought our offensive line was supposed to be awesome! I've been watching Pats games on and off all year, and this wasn't the team I remember seeing.

 

I admit they played very well, I just didnt like how they messed with the clock towards the end. If I thought the game was fair I probably wouldt have a problem with the pats losing.

I think it was more the Giants defensive line playing exceptionally well and they won the game for New York as much as Eli Manning did.

That being said, I took that last half minute in and realized that Tom Brady panicked and choked away a golden chance to at least force an overtime. Half a minute is a lot of time when you have all your time outs. Trying for the long pass for every play reeked of desperation. A couple screen passes to Maroney... they had the entire field they could have used. That was as poorly played as I've seen the Patriots play in some time.

 

He still has a bright future as a guess jeans model.
