Sadly, the issue with work is if you have to play by their rules.
I know a lot of places have rules about piercings for the same health reasons that make you take off rings and bracelets. Also that are trying to project an image to their coustmers. And yes.. Its total bull shit.

Couldn't you shove them all back in the moment you come out of work? I ahd to do this at school last year.

As stupid as it may sound, in the business and corporate world, most employess are expected to conform to and abide by certain rules, unless you are lucky enough to work for a company with more open, relaxed and enlightened policies.

Sometimes it boils down to, either you insisting on wearing such jewelry or what not, or losing your job.

If you are not financially independent, I suggest you choose to keep your job, until perhaps, such time as when you can start your own business and then you make the rules.

    Best of luck.

i know that they want to probably try to project a professional image to customers, but i swear, they are not at all offensive.

and i dont know what that has to do with health issues. they aren't dangeling earrings. they're studs!...... stUDS! pretty little jewels.
