Sharps

How do you dispose of them. Coffe cans with lids work well.

Any other ideas

 

i work at the hospital so i just throw 'em in the trash with all the other needles. haha, it works well

 

Isn't there usually a needle drop off/pick up center in most cities.

 

I bend the needle, then put it inside a gatorade, or other thick plastic bottle, before I throw it away. Seems safe enough.

I also like scattering them on beaches....

 

Rofl, if I stepped on a needle on the beach, you're the one that would be getting it in the eye, lol!

 

I just put the lid back on the needle and seal it on with a little strip of electrical tape. Works good enough. I just dump em into the regular garbage inside a soda bottle.

If anyone manages to get stabbed by the needle after it's bottled and taped, they probably didn't get stabbed by accident. I'm thinking that it would be virtually impossible to actually get stabbed unless you're TRYING to get stabbed by it.
