Why won't acid work for me?

Thank you for that information,next time i take acid,i'm going to take it as soon as i get it,and not wait till i get back home to take it,if it still doesn't work,i won't buy acid again,instead i will try get my friends to buy it for me,lol...

I have heard of Buddhist Monks who were dosed in the 60s by Americans visiting India (can't remember who but it was quite fashionable then to visit India on a religious pilgrimage) and these guys never tripped of good ass 60s acid. Maybe you are already in that same mind-state as the monks?!

 

ye i think it was Ken Kessey and he gave this dude like 4 separate doses, each greater than the last by about 200mics and each time it did nothing and the guy just smiled. some super switched on dude he must of been.

 

meditation can bring the seperation of neurons just like acid. obviously it takes a lot longer though. i would like to see the world from that man eyes.

 

^i've heard of that. My theory is that he was so enlightened already that he could handle it well. I've met poeple who can take 500 mics without missing a beat. I doubt he didnt feel anything or was 'immune' so to speak. Chemistry is chemsitry.

But yeah, whoever said they heard that you wernt supposed to swallow it...you can. You can also put the blotter in your eyes. It sounds uncomfortable but it's not. You pull your lower eyelid from the eye and put the blotter in. It's annoying for like a second, then the moisture and tears immediately sog it up and it rolls back a bit, no pain or sensitivity. And about five later remove the hit and within 20 minutes you'll be fryin.

 

would that do anything different than putting it under your tongue though? thats pointless imo.

 

it kicks in within ten minutes as opposed to forty-five

so the answer is yes, it does make a difference.

 

chlorine destroys lsd pretty quike, so no drinkin tap water, or other strange drinks soon after dropin. im not an expert, but from what ive heard lsd is pretty unstable and is destroyed pretty easy, it might be down to something as small as what your wallet(or watever you put it in) has been made of, maning tanning techniques use alot of chemicals.

anyways, like i said im no expert.

try getin it straight out the bottle , if that dont work then i feel for you.

The only story simliar to this that Im aware of is when Ram Dass gave 900mics or so to Sri Neem Karoli Baba Maharajji and it didnt phase him. But Maharaj had the ability to read people, or in other words, he didnt exist as a normal human being like you and I, he existed for the purpose of acting as a vehicle by which many souls could be brought back to God. He was a mirror to reflect other's shortcomings. It's like when Ram Dass went to Tibet and stayed at a Buddhist monestary, and the main monk did certain things that Ram Dass wondered at, and when he approached the monk to complain, the monk told him "If I was perfect, you might get confused and start thinking that the Buddha exists elsewhere, outside of you"

maybe Sri Neem Karoli Baba Maharajji was naturally that high? i take lsd like a step ladder to heaven...maybe he's already so high he can't get higher? just a thought.

 

Maharaj was also said to have the ability of teleportation and the ability to duplicate his phsycial body, so yea, he was very high :tongue: Yogananda met several saints in India capable of the same things, there is an entire set of abilites one receives when the soul is in tune and the ego is forever gone. But, most people dont even meet saints like this, and for obvious reasons. Someone like Yoganada was born next to liberation, in order for him to open entirely he had to live the life he lived, meet the saints he met, etc.

Yeah the wallet thing, i think i said this earlier but the wallet is the worst place to keep dose.

Even so, it's not that fragile. If you wrap it in tinfoil you can keep it at room temperature for a few months without it degrading. Than again, depends where you live in the country. I live in maine so room temperature is never very hot.

 

Lol they were transcendental monks. You're The Oracle of hipforums. I don't think this is nearly the mystery everyone is making it out to be. Seems it either degraded or you got ripped off. But who knows. Maybe you do exist on a higher plain of consciousness; if so, figure out your secret and tell me...it would save me alot of cash on psychedelics :-D

 

its not like they were like that when they were born. im sure it atleast had something to do with the fact they spend the majority of their years meditating..
