theres so more arguing and hate on these forums then any other i know, people usin racial terms people cussin eachother out, people tryin to prove that theyre wiser then another... especially you older people, im fuckin tired of not being listened to because im 15 years old, people think im just spittin bullshit all the time. fuck haters

pisses me off to no end
the other day i was talking to my sister in law
and she was bitching about america and how we spend to much money on the superbowl
and of corse i agreed with her on some levels and disagreed on others
but she wouldnt hold a convo with me cuz im 16
her answer was
"Just stop being a smartass 16 year old you dont know what your talking about"
no concrete facts to disprove my point
just a generalization of why i was wrong

I'm just amazed you thought this would get you somewhere. There are and have been plenty of teens who earn respect on here even in the short time I've been a member. This definitely isn't how they did it.

Hell yah pwn those punk ass old people who dont have open minds. I listen to rap because of the lyrics, they just think its cuz you wanna be "gansta", it has nothing to do with that. If I want to listen to pink floyd then I will but that dosent mean Im a hippie at all.....

 

Everybody gets a fair chance in my mind, Honestly I dont usually even look at the age next to their name. Its once they claim to be "all knowing" about something where they are obviously not too educated on the subject. Or when they just start being a cocky prick is when they lose alot of my respect.

Lets face it making you 16 or younger doesnt automatically make you a douche, while on the other hand being older doesnt automatically make you all knowing.

 

Teenagers just have a bad reputation on these forums. You just have to work a little harder than older people here when debating, and that's good. Builds character.

Yet, age also plays a big factor in many parts of life. I will not take life advice from some 15 year old stoner... it's as simple as that.

all forums have fights. if someone provokes me i'll talk back, but usually i don't. just let it be, try not to join in the debates as much, and don't directly insult people.

 

i respect plenty of teens on these boards. the few that come to mind now are sir tokes alot, digitaldj, and mr.greenxx. All under 18 I believe, and all have my respect. If you know what you're talking about, or atleast are willing to learn, you'll gain it to.

 

Be lucky you're able to even make a thread like this on these forums... I'm a refugee from the Cannabis.com forums, where they're so tight-assed you could put a piece of coal in their rectum and have a diamond in 20 seconds. We can't even make a thread showing pictures of our dogs for Pot's sake...
