if you think about it, mars can be like a late earth. something happened on there and now that it hasnt been touched is barron and everthing has withered away. what if mars is a big sign saying,"this is going to be you next!!!" if that new picture of mars with a statue looking thing is true, the thought of earth ending like it is so plausible. just thinkin about it gives me chills because how long is it going to be before someone finds OUR statue and if they dont, all this will be for nothing!!! we lived for ourselves and we will never be heard of ever again. earth will be another mars!!!!!! but the fact that earth has its beauty makes it worth living.[IMG]

Mars looks nothing like what it's depicted as.

I'm positive there was a time where life existed on Mars. But now, after many, many centuries, there's no more life on Mars and like you said, we're probably next. But after many years.

Before mars lost its magnetic field life thrived in its early oceans, but once the veil of protection was lifted, the surface of mars was scoured out and desiccated by cosmic radiation [IMG]

That's a trippy photo. Do you ever think they are breaking us in about it gradually? There was a probe that was supposedly lost under what seemed weird circumstances some years back. I have heard claims that there are micro-organisms in the soil, too.

of course there is no life on mars! just look at it, nothing can survive that type of environment. although microscopic orginisms might be able to. but what if there WAS life there a long long long long time ago? what if PEOPLE one day flourished there? that statue might just be a rock that looks like one, but if it is legitimately a statue, its going to change earth. NASA is going to freak out if they get a close up of a face on that rock, lol.

Where did you get that pic? It looks amazingly humanoid. This is the first time I've seen or heard of that photo.
I had only heard about the face carved in rock on a program on the history channel, which debunked the fact that it was a carving and showed that it was only indentations in the surface of the ground.
