I like a lot electronica to relax to, 'Moon Safari' by Air, 'Yesterday Was Dramatic, Today Is OK' Mum, 'Selected Ambient Works 85-92' by Aphex Twin. Indeed, the list goes on. Bits of classical music work nicely too, the superstar composers like Bach or Mozart.
When I want to relax, I listen to Selected Ambient Works 85-92, by Aphex Twin. Also, some other electronica stuff... Or maybe Ozric Tentacles.

Suzanne Ciani. Albums like Seven Waves, Neverland, Velocity of Love. It's dreamy, moody Electronic Music. Great for relaxing, great for listening outdoors at low volume (mixes beautifully with Nature's soundtrack).
