becoming a member

    i'm sorry, this probably isn't a very smart question. but obviously i'm new here, and i was just curious as to how i'd go about becoming a member. do i have to pay? i don't really care too much as long as i can still post and stuff, but just wondering

    aren't you a member as soon as you create an account? it does say 'member' under your username after all!
