Who is Better, Homer Simpson or Peter Griffin?

family guy is just a better overall show than the simpsons. it has so many more, "what the fuck!?" moments, and i find that more humorous than straight up comedy, i guess. i also find that the family guy characters are much more varied than the simpsons.

but, to each his own, i guess.

Family guy is more my kind of humor, the simpsons is pretty funny aswell; but I prefer family guy. Must add the simpsons did a good job for staying funny for so long, but there's a slight preference for family guy; just watch one of the newest:
mc.stroke; where peter's singing in the car after he had his stroke; its just too funny.

The stoke Episode had me dying. Another totally warped sence of humor Glad they can get away with it.

i like them both, but i gotta vote for homer. he is a good guy, despite his lack of intelligence. peter is just a plain asshole most of the time. not that i don't love it, but i love homer the best.

Peter is the funniest IMO, but I like Brian.

 

I can't believe this is such a closely contested battle. the makers of family guy overdo their dragging-out-of-slightly-funny-things way too much, and Peter is just an annoying character. Homer is classic though, and brilliant.
