i just throw em in a ponytail, or a beanie.

 

Mine are kind of medium short. Finally long enough that I can do things with them. I've started having fun with some basic clips n' sticks.

Im probably going to end up wearing a beanie often when i go out until mine are about that length. My hair always bothered me when it was at that annoying lenth, dreads or no dreads. Its right on your eyes, but not quite at your shoulders in the back. Very annoying not being able to put behind your ears or over your shoulders.

i like french braids for mine, its a pretty way to keep your dreads back even if they dont all reach the back of your neck.
