free yourself... no... do not get a tin foil helmet. start with basic stuff: food: stop eating shit food, no sodas , less sugar, no meat. you WILL get a clearer mind mobile phones: you know it.... save your brain, use a head set. no more sitcoms or other shit stuff on the tv: if you need to look at tv, watch, once in a while a movie (an intelligent one) or maybe a documentary. do not watch the news too much. try to meditate for 10 minutes a day, or just try to listen to your thoughts, you WILL realise, there is a lot of garbage in your mind, (in everybodies mind) stop being follower....

I eat a mix of healthy and crap food. the only pop I drink is ginger ale. As for meat, I'll eat it very rarely. I dumped my land line, so all I have is my mobile, and see no point in a head set. I'm sorry, but most sitcoms make me laugh. "Laughter is the best medicine" don't forget. I also watch enough documentaries. I've tried this, and I don't find anything different, except that I wasted ten minutes of my day.
Well thank you for labeling me. Now I know who I am. I happen to like being comfy. And I'm not a zombie thank you.
I agree with a lot of your points; I do try to avoid meat, I don't really drink soda, can't say the same about sugar though... as for my cell phone, thats my line, my connection to everyone else. How else am i supposed to stay in touch with my friends and family? Cell phones are one of the useful inventions, though unfortunarely they're being manipulated lately by the government, but that's a whole other rant.... if anyone cares to pick up at that? As for meditation, I constantly read, meditate, mind expand, etc.
