Hi. First time here. Im 33 year-old guy. So, here's my problem. Hope someone has a good idea of whatta hell is wrong with me. I cant keep an erection during sex. I honestly dont know whats is wrong with me but I do know that is in my mind cuz I get arroused normally. Even when I should not been arroused like walking and my pennis is rubbing to much on my pants or something silly like that. Some times i have to masturbate just to avoid having random erections during the day. I dont have a girlfriend now so Im not sure what would happen on a regular basis but every time I hook up with some girl, and I "get lucky" everything goes perfect up until the moment of penetration. I can only take a few strokes and my pennis goes down. (frigging embarassing by the way) I smoke but I really dont think thats an issue yet because of all those other times that my "thing" works just fine FYI: Im not circumsiced and some times its not very confortable when the skin gets pulled to hard but ist not that bad. it should not be an isue. Other than that im pretty healthy. dont have weight problems or anything like that that could be an obvious cause to this problem. Maybe viagra could help. what do you think? and would i need a prescription to get some? Thank you for reading.
You say that "some times it is not very comfortable when the skin gets pulled too hard". Are you able to pull your foreskin entirely over the glans when erect? Is your frenulum too short (the stringy thing in the "inverted v"on the underside of the glans (head) of your penis)? If you have either of these problems, you may subconsciously be afraid of getting an erection and having the pain return. To fix a tight foreskin, try to stretch the foreskin with a soak in a hot bath and hydrocortisone cream on the underside of the foreskin and the glans, and repeat this regularly for a month or so. If the problem is a too short frenulum, you may need a frenuloplasty, an outpatient operation to lengthen the frenulum to allow the foreskin to retract fully. Or you can get a circumcision. See a doctor for advice, or PM me for further information. You need a prescription for viagra, levitra or cialis.
THANK YOU CUTTED... yeah, that sounds like may be the problem. The skin will not go all the way back when erect and when not erect it does, but pulls the head down like if it was embarrased and probably is after last Friday's fiasco (I had to blame my poor performance on the alcohol). I don't not even think about that before the actual sex but my whole junk just shuts down when going in, like in a self-preservation mode I'm leaning towards frenuloplasty. I prefer tackling the problem head on. Any idea of how much does something like that should cost?
Don't try surgery until you do some stretching. Get a heating pad or hot wet washcloth and heat your foreskin up for 5 minutes, to make it more stretchy. Then lube it up good with baby oil. With the fingers of both hands, gently pull your foreskin out away from your body. Then get your fingers in between your foreskin and the head of your penis and very gently stretch it to the left and right (away from the head). Do that all the way around the foreskin. Next, pull the foreskin back as far as it will go. Alternate those stretches, keeping your foreskin warm and lubed up. I'd try this at least a couple of times a week. I'm certain your skin will loosen up and sex and masturbation will be a lot more comfortable for you.
It's simply a psychological issue and it's very common. Please ignore people pushing their agendas on you. Don't take your unfuckedaroundwith penis for granted, please. Search the Internet for "male sexual dysfunction" and read the psychological portions of whatever you find and educate yourself. Adding to what the last guy said, you can stretch any part of your dick with a little patience, all the while keeping all of its nerves and proper function.
One thing i know for sure is that that fucking frenulum thing is screwing me. I does hurt even if masturbation is done to hard towards the back. Im 33, after all the masturbation i've done in my day, that thingy has not streched and probably never will. I would go get that frenuloplasty tomorow if I had the cash... I guess it would cost 500 to 700 so for now, I cant afford it. DAMNIT.
L3809 - your problem is clearly a too short frenulum, and stretching will not cure it. You need a frenuloplasty, which is an outpatient operation where the frenulum is cut to lengthen it and then is stitched back up with dissolvable stitches. Once it heals, you will feel 100% better. It is covered by medical insurance if you have it and your doctor advises that it should be done. Even if you don't have insurance, it is money well spent for your peace of mind.
