    hello, everyone.
Here is the question: How do you distinguish between "Sie sind wunderschön.(You are)" and "Sie sind wunderschön.(they are)" ?

If I am talking politely to a new girl in my class, how does she know whether i am addressing her or the other girls in the room?

    ohhhh...thank you very much,Pit.:)

I made that situation up. My main concern is how do German people distinguish between "Sie sind..." and "Sie sind..." during everyday
    conversations.

In the real situation of course I will do better than just saying ' You are wonderful.' ....lol !!

It usually is clear in the context. Same thing with "vous" in French... if the situation is really unclear and you often have to switch between adressing a crowd and a single person, you might say something to the lines of "Sie alle sind..." or "Herr Müller, Sie sind..."
