So ima be picking up a quarter later and ill be over my friends house who hasa scale and i was wondering if u think if my connect would think it was rude if i checked the quarter on the scale first before buying to make sure it was 7 grams? The guy is trust worthy and all but i was just thinking u know better safe then sorry rite?
so you dont have a scale right? Make up some bullshit story like you owe a buddy two grams and just throw it up on the scale and take pot out till its 5. And that way you'll know your not getting ripped off without hurting anyones feelings. But he really shouldnt get upset, a good dealer weighs it out in front of you or at least offers too.
Damn thaks for reminding me, i need a new scale. But umm, i don't think it's rude and i used to deal so go for it it's your money.
if the dealer has time for you to sit there and weigh it out, unless its at your house, then by all means bust out the scale.
Buy it, weigh it out and if it's under phone him up and tell him so.. If you think the guy's trustworthy then trust him... If he undercuts you just call him and tell him you weighed it and it's not on..
Theres nothing wrong with checking your bud on a scale first.. If the provider was handing out legit sacks then he would have nothing to worry about, right? The people I buy from always have scales on them, and weigh it out in front of me.. so that's never been an issue with me
sell the weed you buy, then go out and buy a scale and then buy weed again and weight it yourself so you dont have to feel weird askin.
I personally would not bother weighing out a quarter, but that's just me. If it was any higher I might if I a.) still had a scale and b.) still smoked weed  It's been years since I've gone and bought any weight, but even when I did, it was from a very close friend whom I had known for years before we started smoking, and he always weighed out the bag in front of me before accepting cash. However, in no way whatsoever is it rude. Friends or not, you are supplying him with income and he is selling you a product, if you bought a bag of taco bell at the drive thru and waited to get home to check your food and realized 3 tacos were missing, you'd be annoyed wouldnt you? namaste
no, dont do it in front of him. ask him what it weighs very clearly, say is this the quarter or is this the 7 grams. He says yes then check it later and call him on it if it aint.
i trust my dealer enough, and if you trust your dealer than i'd say don't get it scaled. but he won't give a shit either way, business isn't a personal thing.
