to all of you Virginians out there a hearty HAPPY NEW YEAR to all. may 2008 be a year of great friends, great music and generally great blessings for all. may there be hope for a brighter future both for ourselves and our world and may the coming year be the first in which peace not war spreads like wildfire.

Try this...go to the user option bar at the top and click on your options. go down to where it says edit email options (i think) and make sure the box that says allow to send/recieve pm messages is checked...
If that doesn't work,then you're just going to have to wait for the Hip Forum Supporter to check this lol
