those are pretty cool but WAY overpriced, in my opinion. i wouldnt pay anywhere near that much for them.

 

I have been using cheap (mostly homemade) bongs/pipes/bowls since I started smoking, but I love the aesthetics of a beautiful glass bong. I smoked out of my dealers one time back before I started growing and it was totally different than my homemade shit. I dont really have to buy weed anymore so I am going to save up for one of those bad boys.

Roors are the most overated bongs ever. They are good, but nowhere near as good as the price tag. They have really no cool designs, nor are the any better then other bongs. They were 10 years ago, but everyone makes them the way they do now, only better designs, and lower prices.

 

If I were you guys I'd try to avoid ordering from EDIT. It's overpriced and takes over 3 weeks (4 in my case) to get your product. If you want quality glass, there are much better foreign based sites you can order from, or US based sites for that matter.

obviously none of you know what it's like to smoke out of a hurricane. tops roor, phx, bluedot, etc. smooth like vape, hits like bong, UNBREAKABLE glass (my friend and i have tried hard to break his, including throwing it across a room with wood floors, not a scratch) and not to mention cool as shit to watch fill up with smoke. on the side of the chamber, there are jets that go up and down. what the jets do is create a "hurricane", swirling the smoke around, which acts as a filtering system because the tar and shit is flung to the sides. it's a steep price to pay,but well worth the money cause it will never break, hits like ali and is gorgeous to look at.

 

those are waaaaay overpriced. Theres a glass blowing company around here called Cats Ass glass and all of their pieces are unique and you could probably get a 5 footer for the price of one of those.

And guru^ I bought my vape for $350...why would I pay almost twice as much for a bong?

 

those bongs are fuckin ugly.. sorry.. just my opinion.. but i could get one hell of a sick custom blown bong for that much.. could be like 10mm thick if i wanted... lol.. virtually unbreakable at that point.. unless i drop it off a roof

 

yeah, those bongs you're showing, they're hurricanes, made in australia. they're expensive because they're hand made, and there's little slits in the sides of the chamber that allows some air to seep in when you hit it. the air mixes with the smoke and 1) pulls tar out of the smoke that would go into your lungs and 2) creates a vortex of smoke that looks bad ass.

they are very nice bongs, i've hit one before, it'll get you high as fuck. but it all depends on what you like

 

they look nice as shit but i would never pay close to that for a bong the most i would pay is around 75 to 100 for maybe an illadelph glass i love those
