I own a reasonably complete weight set and I keep at it because of an obsession about staying healthy.
i'm at the gym maybe 6 days of the week, doing something 3 days i do my lift for rugby team. so i train for sport then other days i'll do stuff to facilitate recovery and such. and skip rope i do pushups in my dorm room
6 days out of the week is really good- congrads to you for that! Do you take any classes? I wanna try a yoga class or pilates maybe
I think going to the gym in the morning is a good way to start my day, keeps me healthy, thin and stress free.
That's a good way to look at it..I usually go during the evening time, or on weekends really late at night. I go to 24 Hour Fitness and they have really great hours-some are open 24 hours a day...Nothings better than being bored on a friday night at midnight, getting up and going to the gym. I love that feeling lol.
