Any of you jog or do any type of physical activity stoned? I took a 3 month break from my martial arts, and during the break ive started smoking more, and more, but now that im starting my physical activity again in 3 days it might be interesting to see if I've lost anything. I think yoga/stretching and any type of working out would be more fun high, but I haven't tried it realy yet.
I have a permanant injury in my hamstring muscle, I find that i can stretch alot better when im high. It also feels very trippy
ive found that if im really high, i can start sprinting and run really fast with lots of energy but as soon as i slow down, its much to much effort to speed up again. if i stop, suddenly i feel like not doing anything at all lol, so ive found if you sustain the exersice its good but only if you sustain it. ive read that it decreases your ability to tighten your muscles to their maximum strength, which could be true, but i havnt tested that idea myself. i find sometiems the concentration allows to do some physical exertion even more because you can concentrate all your energy, but i havnt experimented with actual muscle strength
weight lifting high makes my muscles feel really good. and taking long mountain bike rides high is fun, and a good exercise.
I like to hike and ski baked. If I'm lifting I wait until after my workout, than you get a good double dose of endorphines/THC, verrry nice!
Personally, i prefer to exercise, THEN blaze. I like to chill... Thought football (soccer) when high is always a blast
