a flashback - strange/scary/weird all at the same time :O

okay, this was 2 days after one of the first times i took shrooms...
i experienced this half real/half illusional flashback..i dont know.. it was fucked..

anyway... i was sleeping.. i dont remember what i was dreaming about.. and then i was clearly awake... i could hear outside.. and people walking around outside my room, but i just could nottt open my eyes (sleep paralysis),

then, when i finally opened my eyes.. i saw everything just spazz everything was spazzing, shaking really fast (like an earthquake in fastforward) i closed my eyes again. and then opened them back up.. everything was normal again.. yet.. i still could not move.. i couldnt move no matter how hard i tried. (i was clearly awake - i swear!) i tried to scream... i couldnt... i tried to reach out to make some guitar noise, to replace my yell for help (guitar hangs right above my head) but i couldnt do that either..

i closed my eyes again.. and i tried to calm myself down and just attempted to sleep (maybe its all a dream)
that shaky spazzy thing freaked the fuck out of me..
so.. with my eyes closed.. i heard AND felt my loud n' squeeky bed go down where my legs were.. (wasnt me.. i was pretty much paralyzed.....) as if somebody had sat down on my bed.. (i thought.. wtf? who is that? my door is definatly locked. and i sleep with no pants on - its comfy. who the hell is it? and how the fuck did they get in here?)

i open my eyes.. and i find my best friend sitting there, back faced to me.. it was kinda blurry.. but i was definatly awake, and i definatly felt and heard my bed go down..

my heart beat.. i closed my eyes and then opened them back up..
she was gone... andd.. i could move again..

That is pretty freaky man, I don't blame you for being freaked out. But just know that its just in your head and hopefully nothing that intense will happen again. Take care!

your mind is still very sensitive for a few days after taking some shrooms , and begin to panic help to trust in those flashbacks..

I agree its a classic case of sleep paralysis and may have had nothing to do with the shrooms. The symptoms you describe are well documented, right down to the strange visitation which is often perceived as a ghost, an old hag, or these days alien abduction.
I read somewhere that most people will have one or two of these episodes in their lives.
Bloody scary tho. Hope it hasn't put you of shrooms cos it may just have been a coincidence.

 

i dunno, maybe it wasn't shrooms... but its never happened to me before, until i took shrooms, and then a couple days later... BAM! some strange sleep paralysis shit thing happens to me..

so i thought.. wow.. thats gotta be the shrooms...
