But of course the trick is staying quit.

But I'm not closing any doors. Maybe I'll bounce back. It's not all lost.

 

I used the patch and it worked really well. I had a lot of emotional support and encouragement as well.

 

i'll smoke occasionaly

usually a cigar...but if i'm drunkers, then i'll smoke a cig

 

I only smoke one thing and am thinking of changing that soon to eating it..

I quite smoking cigs for good in 2002, after smoking off and on since I was 13. Best thing I ever did. Now I don't even think about them anymore. But it really bothers me to be around someone smoking. Makes me nauseated!

Oh, and I quit cold turkey. No patch, no pills, no nothing. It was hard as hades, but I did it. (OS pats himself on the back!)

 

Quitting is hard. I haven't quite mastered it yet...
