Same as with shaving a penis. If you have full pubes there, crop them down as far as possible - ideally with a set of Personal Groomer Shears set to Grade #0 (no comb). Soak for a while in a really hot bath. Thoroughly soap up the area to be shaved. Using reasonably long strokes first shave with the grain. Don't apply any pressure - the very weight of the razor will be enough to do the job. My personal preference for razor type is a Bic Orange For Sensitive Skin (the single blade type as the twin blades tend to get choked up with crud). Once you've finished shaving with the grain you can shave across & against it so as to complete the job with an ultra smooth finish. I also find that a liberal dusting down with baby powder also adds to the smoothness afterwards.
