These muffins are incredible... :drool: Here's the recipe. You can make them with sugar or sugar free. I made them sugar free the second time and actually found them tastier. It depends on how big your sweet tooth is. 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour 1 1/4 cups sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon ginger 1/2 teaspoon allspice 1/8 teaspoon cloves 1 cup pureed pumpkin 1/2 cup soy milk 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 tablespoons molasses Sift together dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix together wet ingredients. Mix together, but be sure not to overmix. The batter should be fairly clumpy. Cook at 350 for about 20 minutes and let cool for a bit. Enjoy!
