Has anybody ever had their eyebrows shaped? I do a really bad job on mine and I hate what I've done to them- what do you have to do? Let them grow out and then let the person decide how they'll look best? How much does it cost? Thanks! My eyebrows just always really bug me

I have my eyebrows waxed, when they wax them, they also shape them -- -There are some general guidelines for shaping, i.e. the inner part of the brow should end in line with the inner corner of your eye, the highest part of the brow's arch should be in line with the outside of your iris and the outer part of the brow should end where a diagonal line drawn to the outside edge of your nose would also touch the outer corner of your eye ---if any of that makes sense.... LOL....

When I go to have mine waxed and there's not someone at the salon I know and trust, I come back another day.... There used to be a guy there that did an awesome job, but he moved, and since then I've been using different people. It may take a few or several tries to get the look you like and want for your brows, but keep trying different stylists until you get a good one.

OH --- It's costs me 12 bucks to have mine done, and it's alot for no more than they do, but for me it's worth every penny because I HATE HATE HATE tweezing, it's over in a flash, and I figure it's worth 12 bucks once ever month or two to have eyebrows I like.

    Hope this helps!!!
    Gina.

I don't think 12 bucks is too much

    Totally agree with Gina :)

I get mine done for free, one of the 'perks' of working in my mother's beauty salon.

I just brush mine into shape with a toothbrush that I use jsut for that. And tweeze the ones that I don't like once in a while. I haven't really messed with my eyebrows too much but I use to. Never waxed them though.

I've never really messed with my eyebrows much, but I used to tweeze them a lot more and when I started I made them really thin. Don't like that look now, so I have them a little thicker and they look nice. I don't think I'll ever wax anything. I'm already starting to realize how ridiculous tweezing the hair off your face is, so I'll probably quit in a few years, maybe sooner because I lost my tweezers and I don't feel like wasting my money on buying some more...

I had mine waxed once, although the girl in the salon laughed at me. I have blonde (invisible) eyebrows and I guess she thought it was silly to have them waxed. I liked it though. Think I'll do it again!

Do ya'll tell them how you want them or do they just do their thing without asking you what you want? When I had it done they didn't even ask me, so I was worried about them getting them too thin. I don't think the place I went to was very good, so I'll definitly go somewhere else next.

i tweeze the hairs i really hate from my eyebrows but really i dont mess with them too much.

i guess im just a bit too natural to really be a girl but honestly, i dont care. im happy with the way i look and if people wanna put me down for not being a barbie, then it's their loss.

no offense, though, for doing that.. :)

You're more of a girl (a woman!) for not tweezing them
