Good Saturday Morning- Whats Crackin'

I just used that "whats Crackin'" yesterday and my friend said to me that she hasnt heard it since the 90's..haha..

Saturdays really are the best day of the week..usually no work and really no other major responsibilities on this day. It is/has always been the best day for me to get out and explore the world and things that reside within it.

So, for me, today..
I am headed with my daughters on the search for "gravity hills" we have a few that are pretty close to where we live..you may be asking yourself "what is a gravity hill?" no worries, I didn't even know till a few weeks ago.

A gravity hill, also known as a magnetic hill (and sometimes a mystery hill or a gravity road), is a place where the layout of the surrounding land produces the optical illusion that a very slight downhill slope appears to be an uphill slope. Thus, a car left out of gear will appear to be rolling uphill. There are hundreds of known gravity hill locations around the world.

There are many superstitions that are involved with these..my daughters dig that part of it..for the record, I dont believe in none of that stuff, I am there for the optical illusion

So, whats up? You doing anything fun on your "Saturday" the funnest day of the week.

 

Yeah, I'm cleaning off my car and going to work...then I get to come home and write an essay..doesn't that sound like so much fun?! haha

 

that sounds like absolutely, positively, no fun whatsoever...unless you really love work and writing essays.

 

I'm working for a couple of hours (right now) and then going to move my washer and dryer into my apartment....and after that I'm going to rage it (aka drink, laugh, have a good time) with a couple of friends

 

This is a great day. I feel renewed and refreshed.


I am going to do some major slacking today.

I feel there are new adventures and horizons out there.

Life is good!

 

This morning I woke up at 7, grabbed myself glass of ice water, went back to bed, and drifted from sleep to wake until about 11, thinking there must be more to life than this.

Now I am listening to music, getting ready for the day, i work from 230-10.

Haha, i've gotta say that 'gravity hill' thing is a prtty random way to spend your saturday.

I'm eating a cheese and pickle sarnie and just chilling out.

 

MMMMmmm but I am getting a smoothie made up for me, and I want to go to Subway.....mmmmmmmmm......and the spa.....and my designer friend told me to model in this runway show, so i am excited.

I'm at work, but I am tokin, reading the paper. gonna clean, cook, and re-up my stash.. yay!! I love getting new weedies. I havent had a weekend off in at least a month, and I hate it. but Ive got beer, and weed, so all is right with the world.

 

Sounds like fun, the only mystery hill around here is in nearby salem, new hampshire (dubbed, america's stonehenge)

same old same old here,just got back from doin the town thing,going to eat lunch then i gotta start removing a big ass pine that fell in the front yard the other day. dunno about this evening. time will tell..

 

I agree, Saturdays are the best days

Today, I've been outside for most of the day, went horse riding and then for another long walk with our dog. Now I'm at home and my bf and I are watching Rambo. Later on, we might go to a house party but not sure yet.
