What are your favorite egg recipes??? This is one I like to call Benedict (I have no clue what eggs benedict actually is) It is very delicious, and while I feel it is a summer recipe, maybe your gardens still have some fresh tomato and basil to supply saute . . . garlic then onions add some basil (5 or 6 leaves depending on size and preference) put some tomato chunks (5 to 6 cherries sliced) salt n pepper to taste (parmesan cheese is optional depending on the day) fry . . . an egg or two toast . . . some bread spread some hummus on the toast, mix in a little hot sauce, plop on the egg, and then the delicious saute on top ENJOY
