I was wandering what are the alternative ways of reaching the orgasm you people use. What I mean by handsfree is stimulation of other body zones or neither(just thinking of it) that can bring you to the orgasm. The main feature here is the absence of direct stimulation on genitals. I am very aroused by rubbing the nipples but I never reached the orgasm even though it gets me really close to it. PS. Wet dreams and shower do not count here.
