Hey again peeps, Reading some stuff from rangerdanger was really helpful but i am a little confused now. He said that you are unlikely to grow any living in the UK, but i know shit loads of people that do so that has answered that. Early girl - Is that a good first plant to start on? Pots- This is a silly question but should I use a seedling pots first(the really small ones) then move on to fairly big pots until they are delevoped enough and throw them in the ground? Have you seen thoese portable greenhouses or the netting to keep plants warm, should i stick that on them to keep them warm at night? Use potting soil when they are in the pots and a Organic compost when they are in the ground? Thanks guys, please respond soon.
you can go straight from seedling pots to planting in the ground as long as your plants have a good root system going. search for tree shelters and you'll find an excellent way to keep your plants warm on cool nights. they're taller than you need so you can cut them down and get two or three out of one shelter. when you plant them out use the compost as a mulch to help hold water in the soil so you don't have to water them so often. the nutrients will move down through the soil.

I'd start out with an Indica dominent strain, Sativas are a tropical strain might not be hardy enough for your climes.
