So i met a girl on craigslist women seeking men forum. I get to talking to her then i tell her, Im gonna send a dic pic ok?, and she says "lmaoooo". Then i send it and she writes back saying her 12 year old duaghter saw it and shes reporting me to the authorities. She had made no previous mention of any minor. AM i in trouble? I never meant for anyone but her to see it.
I don't think you're in trouble at all. They would have to prove that you meant for the girl to see it, and you didn't. Anyway, how much does she know about you?
ha. i would change your name to edwardo and start to pack up for ecuador cause you could very well get into trouble, or you could not. either way, i would worry!
Save your previous e-mail correspondence with her. I can't figure out what law you are supposed to have broken. Or what trouble you might get into. She might get craigslist to put you on their "bad guy" list but beyond that, no.
yeah . Im pretty worried! I cant have any kind of sexual crap against me, Like indecent exposure.I worried i could be like, made to be a sexual offender , so im freaking out. You guys never send anything like this ok? we just exchanged emails all day and i was supposed o meet her, but didnt. then she asked for a pic. Then i said" is it okay if i send a dic pic " which was kind of out of the blue,( but she told me she wasa redhead, and i dont like redheads, so i didnt really care) and she sid "lmaoooo"(im keeping her emails) which being drunk i thought mean yes. I could be arrested i guess. I told her in a email i sent asking er not to proceed with any action, that it would look bad for her, the part about "lamaooo" . I'm hopeing a lawyer can get me off the sexual offender part if it ever goes to court, cause that would mean my job. and I couldnt ever work at what i do again. man i learned my lesson. hopefully not too late though. Yeah this could go either way, she may be jivin about reporting me but my guess is shes probably serious. She dont know nothing abbout me, we just kept it general. maybe the fact we met on crigslist which is full of whores and stuf might be in my favor..i don know .
You didn't send the picture to a minor. You asked her if she wanted you to send it, and she didn't say no. I think it is her fault that her daughter saw it, for the picture was on her computer. I think it would be her responsibility to keep her child from seeing it by deleting it. What if she left that picture on the screen and that's how her daughter saw it- not your fault. I wouldn't worry too much. I highly doubt any legal action could be taken against you. Peace and love
She's either messing with you or she's a dumbass who's looking for attention. Either way, you have nothing to worry about.
You sent this to a grown woman and told her it was coming (no pun intended ) If you don't show up at her home , I don't think it's going anywhere. Now if you do go to her place, we might be seeing you on the TV show " to catch a predator ". Just joking !
Was the email solicited? Yes, as soon as she posted to a personals forum on CL. Maybe not your dick, but she could have easily said "no thanks" when you asked. By responding with "lmao" she has invited you to "prove it." She has the option of blocking or deleting your emails, so she is able to stop all contact with you. Can you get in trouble for the picture? The chances are unlikely, very unlikely. As for her daughter seeing it....she should never open a pic in front of her kid when you just asked if she wanted a picture of your dick. Common sense says the next email will be that picture. So, her kid seeing it is on her, not you. If for some freakish reason you broke some onscure law it would be an obscenity crime, so poke around here: http://www.obscenitycrimes.org/default.cfm At least you will know where the line is drawn. Oh and DO NOT contact her again. Change your email if you have to....and next time dont send your dic pic unless the person asks to see it.
Well she knew what would be in the picture when she opened it, so legal responsibility is 100% on her, just the same as if she had downloaded some porn. Holding you accountable would be like calling a porn star a child sex offender because a minor saw their film. I don't think you're under any legal risk. Though in future, you should probably put a set of glasses and false moustache on your penis when sending those sort of pics, so that you can't be ID'd later in a police line-up
i think she was joking. you shouldn't take it seriously the internet is full of 6th graders who just want to fuck around with people.
