Ok it was my first misdeminor ever i was 16. I got pulled over on a routine traffic stop. My buddy and I had a case and we each had been drinking. My friend was drunk i on the other hand had 1 beer. The cop searched my vehicle and found 2 small roaches. My punishment: 1 year supervised probation piss test every month curfew was 9 on weekdays and 10 on weekends. I also got my license revoked for Being "under the influence" or weed which i thought was bull. The cop never even gave me a ticket for the beer just the pot.
How long till you get your licence back? A girl were I work got pulled over 3 times "under the influence" of grass and her lience was suspended for 20 years. Yup. Sucks for her.

Welcome to Illinois! Yes, 20 years. But this girl has also been known to frequently get in bar fights and shit, so shes had other run-ins with the law.
Your license was going to be suspended anyways, any alcohol at all on you under 21 is illegal and they will suspend your license. Same thing happened to my friend, he had 1 beer in him, 19 years old, they were actually coming back from getting more beer so they had some in the car, ran a red light, license suspended for 6 months.
Ya and I guess you don't even have to be driving to lose your license. Because I got busted with possession and paraphenilla and I was in the back seat and I lost my licenes for 60 days.
i didnt get a ticket for the beer he just took the opened ones and poured em out and took our other unopened beers and i got my lisense revoked for 3 months
I'm sure we're all shaken up deep inside with sadness that this person can no longer be behind a wheel.
