unmarked, unscored white horse pill, any ideas?

my buddy's little sister got busted with some umarked white pill... im thinking its either a vitamin or supplement, since all american pharmecuticals have to have some sort of manufacturers code on it... but have any of you come across any illicit drugs pressed into big white unmarked horse pills?

Where was I? Oh, ya can't get busted with a vitamin supplement, even an unmarked pill. LE must perform a field test on the suspected contraband. Horse pill? Nah, even vet meds must be traceable to the manufacturer.

 

I think he meant horse pill as in a huge generic pill, not veterinary. It does sounds like a supplement of some sort. Vitamin C are often rather large and the ones i have don't have any markings on them.

 

The magnesium pills I have match that description. Like the size of a Vicodin, white and completely unmarked.
