Have i the right to claim?

Dont know if anyone has any knoledge on this but i need some advice?
Long story short- i was sent into a death trap of a burnt out building today with used hypodermics everywhere. I wasnt given efficient protective clothing or lighting to see what i was doing and got jabbed with somthin! I went straight to hospital and had an HIV and heppatitis booster and now have to wait three months to find out the score!
I really cant face work tommorow but have to go or no wages!
Can i sue these bastards who have sent me in to this with no regard to my health and saftey?

 

are in you in the US? if so, you can sue them, the owners of the building, the hypodermic manufacturer, the city, and probably the manufacturers of the protective gear you weren't wearing.

but seriously, that sucks. hope everything turns out allright for ya, man. if I were you, I'd probably fuck work off tomorrow and get really drunk and/or stoned.

 

Yeah you could file against them. Hell you could probably even get workers comp if you wanted to.

I agree with Jimmy, that really does suck. I honestly hope everything goes alright. and I would deffinalty take off work tomorrow and smoke myself silly.

 

when you say "burnt out building" do you mean a building that was recently burnt? or a building that was burnt a while ago and is now a spot for bums and such?

if it was just recently burnt, then it is most likely that the needles are sterile, and you should have nothing to worry about.

im affraid it had become a spot for bums. Im in the UK by the way and ive videod the inside of the house on my fone. it shows that the roof is caving in and there are needles everywhere.

Im just so worried about getting sacked, i dont know if i can take tommorow off. I got really fuckin stoned today though. infact im gonna do up a nice spliff now!
