Is this enough for a useable amount of ISO Hash Oil?

I had a chunk of shake and stems laying around in various baggies and whatnot so I compiled them all together and put them in a mason jar. I was wondering doing the Isopropyl method of oil making is this enough material to yield a useable amount of hash oil. I would like to take a stab at making some oil instead of doing the usual throwing the stems away and rolling a couple big nasty dry shake blunts. So based on my pictures what are your thoughts?

I would rather smoke them shakes. i usually clear out all my weed and left with only stems. hahaha

 

put it in a bottle of brandy for 6 weeks

Dude I would do a liquid butane extraction
soak
strain
double boil
scrape
cleanse
it makes for a nice resin hash

 

I just did the ISO method with 91% and a hot lamp/fan evaporation method and got this. I dont have a scale but its not much its about 1cm long and .5cm wide and tall. Ill try a little of it in a while after I shovel the driveway and become less stoned so I can feel its effects.

 

Damn, that looks... Interesting. Maybe pretty tasty, I can't really tell. You must have an awesome camera. I've never tried the iso method before, always stuck with butane. If you find the right brand of butane, you can't taste any impurities.

 

its just a digital cannon elph. The reason its so clear is because its got a macro mode which allows you to take really clear closeup shots.

i think you made under my estimate of .1g... its probably un-weighable on a normal scale. but it will get ya nice and high!

 

Yeah thats cuz I got dry and didnt wanna spend money cuz I was saving up to buy some telemark skis. So I ended up smoking all the shake. Thats just what the stems made.

Just got done shoveling the driveway and I got nothin to do for the rest of the night. Looks like Im gonna try out some oil. I'll let you know how it is.

 

I had my pebble (its too small to be a rock) chilling in the freezer for about 90 min while I was shoveling the driveway. I broke about a third of it off and got 5 nice smooth tasty hits out of it. I Must say I am pleasantly and very clearheadedly stoned. I am very happy with my experiment and will do it again when i aquire some more stems/shake. I might even talk to my guy and see if I can buy a good bit of heady shake off him for cheap and make a solid sized batch.

 

dont ya love iso. its so easy, yet so rewarding when your dealing with stem, shake, and trimmings.

 

what's also just as easy, and quicker
than ISO is using fucking liquid butane...
exact same method (soak, strain, etc.)
just replace the ISO with some Zippo Liquid Butane and use
a double boiler to evap quick and
you get an oil that looks alot like that up there ^^^

 

Hey buddy please tell me who the fuck has a double boiler or the fucking money to go out and buy one to make .5g of hash?

And how the are you going to use liquid butane in any temperature other than -20 celsius?

 

When my friend does it, the butane is liquid when it comes out of the can, and stays liquid. He puts the liquid butane in a bowl, and the bowl in a container of hot water from the sink, and that heats up the butane enough to make it evaporate quickly.
