Non stop meowing cat that hasn't meowed today

So my cat all of a sudden stopped meowing, and shes a constant meower. I talk to her and talk to her and nthing came out of her. After i got back from placement and had a bite of food to eat she noticed i was sitting at the table that she was sitting at and she happy to see me. I am hardly home i have community hrs to do for a course i'm taking. So i'm in and out. Usually i am at most times, kids my job school etc. Shes used to that. Shes a greeter and she walks me to the door and meows goodbye. But today nothing. I went pee when i got up and she wanted to be pet so i did so but nothing came out of her, than i fed her nothing, than i ran around the livingroom with the cats nothing, i sat with them still nothing. Ugh. I love having them but them not being able to talk frusrates me. Should i be worried???

 

I Have Days When I Don't Feel Like Talking (meowing) To Anybody....


We All Do At Some Time....Keep An Eye Out For Any Abnormal Signs....(off food ..not taking fluids..etc)...

i read in another post on the internet that cats that are meowers than all of a sudden stop- can be under stress or depressed. Hmmm Makes me wonder, likes humans. But shes a girl, wouldn't you think she would verbalize her feelings HAHAHA not go hide in the cave. jk. it just makes me wonder thats all. Shes never been hospitalized for anything really good healthy cat up UNTIL the food recall. than there was was some liver damage done , dr reassured us shes doing well. i take it day by day with her. Shes 13, i often wonder if the day is the day i have to say goodbye because shes meowing so much or meowing so little. The vet just wants me to keep popping pills in her mouth and i think thats just making her worse. Sorry i'm just giving my opinion . Thts like giving a cancer patient drugs and saying everything will be fine, now go home till your out of pills and i can refill it for you. I have not given her any more meds i refuse. I asked the pharmy if there was anything herbal that i can give and he wasn't sure. shes only 4.5 lbs tonkenese show cat. kitten size. when i first got her she was 4 lbs. When i got her back from the hosp because she had a bladder infection she was 5.5 overweight can you believe that?

5.5 or 6 lbs. I was proud she put on that much weight. i was praising her. You have yourself a good day . i'm just rambling something i'm good at . Maybe thats where my cat gets her meowing from, (mom shut up) haha
