How do you recognize an undercover?

Maybe I'm just paranoid, but as I meet more and more stoners in my area, i start to wonder... who can be trusted?
How do you spot an undercover? Any signs?

 

They smell like cops..

 

easy they kick your door in dressed as milkmen with mp5 machine guns and tactical body armour. nah undercover police wont try and bust you for having a spliff, having 200 plants in a house maybe they would spend the money to throw an undercover cop at it but they would more than likley kick the door in. unless you have some sort of massive money train operation goin down you aint got a thang to worry about. as for who to trust thats simple dont do anything incriminating unless they are doing so and dont fall into the trap of breaking if questioned and confessing all your sins because your being told your made has handed you over. you have the right to remain silent and if they fail to tell you so, make sure to mention it after they caution you and start the tape player. also police stations have mic's with the cameras so be carefull when they talk to you outside your cell. however its all nothing to worry about the thought police arnt quite on the streets yet

 

Well everyone knows that all undercover cops hate the colour yellow. So throw bananas at all your friends and whoever starts screaming uncontrollably is a fed.

It's very easy but it's nothing like in the movies. Although, It takes time. You just have to be observant.After a while, you become a pro.I've been doing it since 1995.However, it did take me a year because law enforcement change their strategy. They watch you - you watch them. Anyway, read my post in 'Anyone being harassed...' . You see what I'm tallking about.

Morover, undercover cops are the last thing you have to watch. The informants are just as dangerous. They expose you. Like a laser beam in a battlefield marking the target. So if you are doing something you shouldn't be doing: BEWARE who you're hanging out with!

 

I've got a friend that says a way to spot an undercover is they've got that authoritative air about 'em and shit.
but I gotta say...as bad as an undercover is, a snitch is 1000 times worse, I think.

 

They have enormous hats like Abe Lincoln, with wires stretching into their shirts.

They also wear bow ties with little red flashing leds, and they touch their right ear a lot.

 

I've begun to notice that, if you have a little sense, they just give off that sort of vibe. That cocky, ignorant arrogance, or, as they lie to call it, "Air of Authority". They don't smile much either, and its impossible to make them laugh.

He drove about 5 meters away from me, rolled down his window, and stared at me as ai smoked a joint.

Dude pigs will stop anyone cause their assholes! Now not all cops will care about u blazing but the DEA pigs will arrest anyone and try to make you buy from your dealer to set up a sting to climb up the drug ladder. fuckin pussy pigs..

 

It's quite simple actually, the DEA has informants that correspond daily, you're friends could be "informants" and you may never know it.

Be careful, don't hook anyone you dont know PERSONALLY up with anything.
You better know everything about that said person before helping them out.

Most of the time the informants are buyers, not sellers, so don't sell to anyone you don't know or just met, or know from a "friend"

Even if they have a normal job, they still may be informants.

Keep your mouth shut. Lots of the time informants try to act like "know it alls" to bring you out and talk like you "know it all" and then they begin the sting.

It's common sense, think about it always, and you'll be good.

If anyone asks you too many questions, begin to wonder.

I kinda have the same problem. There is this guy that seemed really cool to start with, but with in like 2 months he kept pushing us (me and boyfriend) to start sellin shit for him. That was a red flag right off for me. Whats scary is that he will call my job like every month to "check-up" on me and ask why we don't hang out any more. How do I make rid of him?

 

they do have an authoratative edge, theres a guy at my work who has such a jock persona, i'm better than everyone else etc. tries and talks down to everyone especially stoners, though he says he used to be one. Says he did acid too and it changed his life, but hes a total dick head and doesnt even know who albert hoffman or timothy leary are.

 

if you ask an uncercover if there a cop they have to say yes unless they get in truble
