buying acid at a psytrance rave

if you went to a psytrance rave, do you think its possible to buy acid there from someone? Or will I likely get ripped off?

You should be sweet man, just look for the right people. I went to a normal festival last year and walked around for an hour at the start asking people for acid, some looking at me as if i had three heads but my efforts finally prevailed. Just dont stop till you find some and you'll find some

 

awesome, but um how would i go about getting some? Just asking randomly around? Is there a certain type of person I should look out for? I have no experience whatsoever in this and my friend, another budding psychonaut has no experience either. Neither of us have connections to acid, we're just using this psytrance rave as a mechanism for finding some. Also how much money do I need to bring to buy it? Will dealers only sell a minimum purchase?

Also is it more likely that I will find acid at a huge 25 quid entry party on a saturday than a smaller 3 quid entry party on a thursday

 

I don't see a reason to get ripped off. Depends from you and people around you. But with psytrance party there should not be mistake. On my last one there was acid everywhere and even dmt, mushrooms, ketamine, mdma, hash.... But I was never looking for it, usually you meet people and that's it.

 

You pay 25 quid for a Saturday trance party? Geez

 

i just went to psytrance rave thing it was awsum. everyone was on drugs, before we even went in i had a hookup for crystal meth at the door. rekons we get some microdots easy. once the acid kicked in tho i couldnt talk to anyone.

Ok so I'm going tonight... what's the dresscode for these things? If it starts at 8.30 and I get there at 8.30... will anyone be selling acid at that time?

i remember dosing just before i went in. and they kept us locked in their till 11 for some reason till we could get out. and i wanted out for a bit it was getting a bit to intense, so i go to the entrance blockade thing people are still coming in, and im like shouting in crazy voice, LET ME OUT! I WANT TO GET OUT! as i was walking into the blockade like a madman. he's like you cant get out till 11pm. im like in a normal voice "oh ok". ten minits laters i repeat the process.
i never freaked out tho. the night was unforgettablly awsum.

 

The OP sounds like me. Dark Star Orchestra was playing a small venue by me. I went there for the music and in hopes to find someone selling the stuff. I have no experience in buying any contraband, hell I don't smoke nor like to drink. So I'm there and it's packed with people. Now what am I suppose to do? Go around asking? Who? There must be some sort of secret handshake or something. People here say "Lucy will find you". With that in mind, I decided to stand there and enjoy the music. 30-40 mins went by and this guy behind me starts saying "mushies, doses.." I thought I was in luck. Turned around, I indicated I was interested in doses, and like a noob asked him if he meant blotter. Of course he said yes. He went to get his partner, he handed over the strip and I gave him the cash. I was soo excited that I finally got "some".

Well to make a boring story end. I got ripped off. Just plain paper. I hoped he used the money to buy some xmas presents...

I went to another Grateful Dead gig, same venue but with a local band... nothing, no one offering anything. I felt like holding a sign up.

So who knows, this summer is the Gathering of the Vibes festival...

 

I wouldn't buy things off of people if they were walking around saying that. I had a similar experience at a 311/Matisyahu show, where some guy walked past saying, "acid, shrooms, rolls anybody?" I didn't partake though I figured it was a scam.

 

i've never been ripped off at a show/festi, but i normally only buy rolls, never molly cuz molly has a better chance of being bunk, you just gotta have good instincts about people.

 

look for peolpe with dreadlocks, or wearing grateful dead shirts. if you see http://www.rockwings.com/images/lbwing.jpg on some dude's hat or jacket, be his friend. Once you are friends with people they will make sure you have a good time. BE HONEST and dont act like some narc or kid that wants to scramble his brains out. Money is not that important.

 

^ i also find that the older the hippy is , the more legit, unless its some whacked out hippy with no teeth and can't speak plain english, just gibberish. not that guyy.
